President – – TC Haynes
Park Address: 42 Blue Sky Dr.
TC Haynes is from Hobbs, New Mexico and a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University, Portales, New Mexico and Community College of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada. TC and spouse, Jerri, reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico. TC retired from the Department of Justice after 32 1/2 years of service. TC and Jerri started coming to Pendaries in 2009 as renters and then purchased property in Pendaries in 2019.
Her hobbies include traveling, camping, horseback riding, dancing, playing sports and card/board games. TC loves marching bands, drum corps, international foods, fine dining, and animals, especially wolves and dogs. Proud owners of the #2 National American Flyball Association Toy Manchester Terrier, Ashkii Dighin. Proud parents of two more dogs, Brindle Sol and Takaya Nioka.
1st Vice-President – – Vivian Culbertson

Vivian was born in Bryan-College Station, Texas. She met Joe while he was a Freshman in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University (Class of ’71). They were married in 1970 and have two daughters, four grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. They moved to the ranch in 1972 after Joe completed his military training in Augusta, Georgia, where she became a “Ranch Wife”!
Vivian completed her dream, graduating from the University of Phoenix in 2011. She is active in her church and community. She loves quilting and scrapbooking, and is the creator and curator of the W.O. Culbertson & Sons Ranch Museum.
After several years of camping in the Park, Vivian and Joe purchased their Pendaries lot in 2017.
2nd Vice-President – – Melanie Sweet

Melanie is from Amarillo, Texas and has worked as a paralegal and office manager for the last 40 years with experience in litigation, estate planning, probate and business organization. She served on the board for the Randall County Historical Commission for two terms and has also volunteered for several nonprofit pet rescue programs.
She found her way to Pendaries in 2019 while camping and fell in love with the area, becoming a lot owner in 2021. In addition to the beautiful pines and arroyos, she loves the community and people in Pendaries. Melanie has a daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. She enjoys craft projects and spending time with family and friends.
Secretary – – Leslie Conrad

With nearly 30 years of experience in the social services field with the State of New Mexico, she brings a deep commitment to public service, community connection, and thoughtful problem-solving.
She and her husband Matthew have been owners in the park for over 11 years and enjoy spending as much time in Pendaries as their busy schedules will allow.
Family is truly the heart of everything she does. She’s been married to Matthew Conrad for over 30 years, and they have two daughters, eight grandchildren, and a special granddaughter-in-law.
In her free time, she enjoys jigsaw puzzles, crochet, diamond art, and jewelry making. She also loves adventures like hot air ballooning and riding her Harley.
She believes in supporting a community that is well-organized and grounded in mutual respect.
Treasurer – – Jamie Bevan
Park Address: 49 Blue Sky Dr.
Jamie is a retired telecommunications professional with 30 years of experience exceeding goals and navigating a fast-paced industry. After retirement, Jamie brought those technical and organizational powers to a home health agency, where five years were spent as an administrative assistant maintaining, auditing, verifying client eligibility, and managing files from cradle to close.
Never one to sit still for long, Jamie had also volunteered with a nonprofit for two years, tackling digitization, audit prep, and accounts payable and receiving. When not auditing files or organizing paperwork, Jamie can be found doing beadwork, coaxing life from the garden, learning the art of pickleball, or—perhaps most heroically—driving Rory, a patient husband of 40 years slightly crazy.
A professional overthinker, chef at heart, and certified nap expert, Jamie reflects on a rewarding career with gratitude and is now focused on growth, giving back, and making beautiful memories with family and friends.
