Nay Armstrong and her late husband Bill were two of the original “Founders” of the Pendaries RV Park. Nay put out the “PAP” (Poking Around Pendaries) for many years starting in 1995 and ending with her July 21, 2019 edition from her retirement home in Lindale, Texas.
The PAP has been taken over by Chris Williams (who is also the PLOA’s Photographer). Chris’s PAP’s are listed on this website by years.
